In this context, together with Veronica Z. Herrera, expert in Self-knowledge, Interpersonal Communication and Assertiveness, we developed the workshop “Communication: Key Competence in Leadership to be held on June 13 in Panama City.

In this workshop we will be addressing topics focused on:

• Within the framework of Emotional Intelligence and Collaborative Leadership for talent and team management.
• Understanding of 2 key concepts: Empathy and Assertiveness.
