I started this article several days ago with a concept in mind…

Before publishing it, I asked for your opinions on the meaning of the “W” in posts on LinkedIn and Facebook, and the comments I received were very interesting and enriching. To all who contributed, thank you very much for your comments!

I deeply believe in the benefits of working in partnership and using this way of working to generate value. I believe in the concepts of shared value and win-win outcomes. I believe that, for sustainable development over time, we all as a society have to grow together.

That life is not a zero-sum game, in which one person must lose for another to win, and that we can grow together.
We can grow by innovating, creating value and working together for a common good!
In very competitive sectors, competition tends to be based on cost, with profit margins tending to decrease.

If we want to generate greater profits, let’s think about how we can grow the market, transform challenges into opportunities, create shared value and differentiation.
By collaborating and extending perspectives we achieve better results and 1+1 equals a Win Win.
In the coaching process, the client works with their coach to generate awareness, empowerment and new perspectives, transforming the 1+1 into a Win by working with their inner Winner.

It is a process that makes us more open to change, that encourages us to look beyond, to look for new opportunities and to overcome barriers. Coaching supports the path from good to excellent, to expand potential. It is a process of personal discovery that encourages change.

We all need support to progress and a coach with his specialised work develops specialised programmes based on different needs.

Let’s work so that 1+1 equals a Win in all areas of our life, from I to We, living with Wisdom through a Will that allows us to create a Wonderful Life!
