The contact form requests your name, email address and message. Any additional information you choose to include in correspondence is also processed. Please avoid sending health data, sensitive information or other people’s data that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

Operating and protecting the website may involve technical data such as IP address, access date and time, browser, pages visited and security logs. The forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated submissions.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Contact details are used to assess and respond to enquiries. Where an enquiry concerns engaging a service, processing supports steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. For other enquiries, the basis is the legitimate interest in responding to correspondence received.

Technical data supports operation, abuse detection and website security, based on the legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users. Legal obligations may require certain data to be retained or disclosed.

Where a specific use requires consent, it must be requested separately and can be withdrawn. Sending an enquiry does not amount to subscribing to promotional communications.
