Broadening Perspectives: A Skill Worth Developing!

In a world in which topics such as competitiveness, innovation, disruptive technologies, artificial intelligence, robotics… framed in the 4th industrial revolution are on the agenda, human beings need to develop new skills, but also connect increasingly with their essence.

Many of the new technologies and topics we hear seem long-ago… but they are just around the corner. The changes are exponential and the transformation is global.

Jared Weiner, at the opening dinner of CADE 2017, APEDE’s flagship event, with the name “The future has arrived: PANAMA 4.0 breaking barriers” defended the idea that “people with hybrid skills – high technological ability and deep social sensitivity – will win in the future.”

Human ingenuity is the source of evolution and will continue to be as long as we develop the knowledge and skills necessary for the new environment, caring for and developing skills that distinguish us as human beings, such as empathy.

These thoughts link with the importance of connecting with our being, with our essence, keeping our thoughts, emotions and actions in balance.
From this connection we can work on our limiting beliefs, broaden horizons and open new perspectives to generate creative options and define new courses of action appropriate to the current situation.

We face great challenges, but we also have great opportunities!
I am passionate about issues of development of human potential, strategy and competitiveness and I believe deeply and passionately in the potential of human beings to face difficulties and achieve their dreams.

Currently, the opening of new perspectives is thus a specialisation with which we must commit ourselves.
