On August 4, 2021, I participated in a discussion organized by ICF Chapter Panama whose main objectives were:

• Explore the contribution of systemic coaching, from two different perspectives.
• Analyse/reflect how systemic coaching can impact people, processes and results in organisations.

It was an opening of perspectives from the field of systemic coaching, which allowed participants to learn about two different views of systemic coaching, and interact in a collaborative learning space.
